You may bring your own investigative equipment; the operator also provides equipment to check out (they will request to hold an ID while you use it). Dress for the weather—there is no heat or air conditioning at the facility—and remember there is no food or drink permitted on the property (bottled water is sold in the Souvenir Shop).
Photographs are allowed during the tour. Videotaping is permitted specifically for Hunts and Overnights under the operator’s policy.
Parking is provided on‑street at no charge on Lafayette Street or State Street. All attendees must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability; an electronic waiver will be sent to participants in advance.
