Weekend of Horses, Fire and Quiet: JE Wellness — A Two‑Day Immersion in the Jarrahdale Hills.
Set into the gentle folds of the Jarrahdale Hills, JE Wellness — Weekend Immersion is an intimate, two‑day program that places horses, ceremony and slow, purposeful practices at the centre of a guided process of release and renewal. Across structured horse‑connection experiences, reflective workshops and outdoor rituals, participants move through grounding, letting go and integration in a focused small‑group setting.

Guided horse‑connection experiences
A core component of the immersion is hands‑on time with horses — guided sessions designed to cultivate presence, nonverbal communication and intuitive reflection through direct contact and facilitated exercises.
Burning circle and sacred foot‑washing
Ceremony anchors the program: a powerful burning circle for symbolic release and, on the second day, a Sacred Foot Washing ceremony intended as an embodied moment of renewal and honouring the journey walked.
Time in the Jarrahdale Hills
The schedule deliberately includes unhurried time in nature — periods of grounding, nervous‑system regulation practices and small‑group connection set against the hills that surround the equestrian centre.
What the day feels like
What the weekend actually feels like
Days open with a circle and grounding practices, then move between guided horse‑work, focused authenticity workshops and communal meals; evenings and closing moments are structured around ceremony and integration so the weekend reads as a deliberate arc from arrival and release to reflection and embodiment.
