What will I do in the first lesson?
The first lesson focuses on theory, paperwork and basic handling—catching, leading, grooming and tack-up—with practice mounting and dismounting; there will be little riding in week one.
How does riding time change over the program?
Riding time increases as students become more competent at catching, leading, grooming and tacking up their horse; early lessons include less mounted time.
What is the make-up lesson policy?
Make-up lessons are available if you give at least 24 hours' notice; students may reschedule their make-up lessons themselves via the operator’s online booking system.
