Tranquil sunrise paddles

Escape into beautiful, tranquil surroundings during a short dawn paddle—an experience intended to heighten the senses and offer quiet, expansive views.

THE GROUP

Small, intimate groups with an expert guide

Tours are fully guided and run in small group sizes to maximize safety and the chance to learn from an on‑water expert who can tailor the session to novices or experienced kayakers.

THE LOCAL LENS

Stories, language and place names

Guides can accompany the paddle with local history, mythology, geology and a cúpla focal of Gaeilge, or the group can simply enjoy quiet conversation—either approach is offered.

What the day feels like

What the 90 minutes feel like

After kit‑up and a short skills session to get everyone comfortable on the sit‑on‑top kayaks, the group sets out on a relaxed, fun‑filled paddle that aims to catch the sunrise and enjoys the calm of the lough. The guide stays close throughout, offering optional commentary on local geology, mythology and place names or simply letting the group soak in the surroundings.
