The operator monitors conditions and will reschedule or provide a full refund if conditions are unsafe. If weather deteriorates during your rental you should return immediately and the operator will arrange a partial refund or reschedule.

Children 10 and older may paddle solo; younger children can ride in tandem kayaks with a parent. All minors must wear life jackets and be accompanied by an adult; kids’ sizes are available for equipment.
Are there bathrooms and food on Pinel Island?
Yes. Pinel Island has beach bars and restaurants with bathrooms, food and drinks—cash is recommended for purchases.
What happens if I capsize?
While kayaks are very stable, capsizes can occur; life jackets are provided so you will float safely. Many areas are shallow and you can swim to shore if needed.
Is snorkeling equipment included?
No. Snorkeling gear is not included with the kayak rental but is available to rent separately, or you can bring your own.
What if I'm late returning the kayak?
Return by 5:00 PM; late returns are subject to additional charges of €20 per hour—call the operator if you anticipate being late.
