What the day feels like
How the Day Unfolds
You depart early for a 1.5–2‑hour wildlife cruise into Kenai Fjords National Park, watching for coastal birds, bears and marine mammals before landing on a remote beach for gear review and launch. The paddling section stretches across rugged coastline and fjords — with options past island features, tidewater glacier fronts and remote beaches — broken by frequent stops and a picnic lunch onshore. In late afternoon a water taxi collects the group for a scenic, wildlife‑filled ride back, with return to Miller’s Landing in the evening.
