Bring lunch/snacks in a dry bag, about 2 liters of drinking water, closed‑toe water shoes (no flip‑flops), a bathing suit or swim trunks to wear under a wetsuit, sun protection, a hat, lightweight gloves as needed, eye protection with a retainer, and dry warm clothes and a towel for after the session.
