Rainbow Springs, Florida’s fourth-largest spring, unfolds in vivid blue-green pools framed by lush riverside vegetation. Paddle Upstream, Drift Back
The guided adventure includes an intermediate paddle upstream followed by a relaxing downstream drift back to the launch, letting paddlers expend energy while also enjoying stretches of calm, floating water.
Swim Breaks and Natural Interpretation
Guides who are CPR-certified lead the tour and share insights about the local ecosystem; along the way there are multiple spots where participants may choose to swim, snorkel or simply relax on the water while watching for turtles, birds, otters and more.
