What the day feels like
What the Day Feels Like
The rhythm of the program is deliberate: an on-shore safety briefing and gear familiarization give way to short, focused drills on flatwater, then games and tandem-canoe exercises that force communication and coordination. Instruction blends technical paddle skills with safety practice and basic self-rescue so participants leave with practical ability and greater confidence to approach future water activities.
