Total trip time is 2.5 hours, which includes a 30-minute safety and gear orientation followed by about two hours of paddling.
Bring water; sunglasses and/or a hat; sunscreen; extra layers in quick-drying synthetic fabrics; and sandals or water shoes. Tipping the guide is optional if you enjoyed the experience.
