What if I can’t make a session?

You can reschedule if you provide sufficient notice (for example, more than 24 hours). Refunds or reschedules will not be provided for no‑shows.

What happens if the weather is bad?

All classes are run indoors and the venue has heating and cooling, so sessions proceed regardless of weather.
