Stroke Of Art’s Advanced Adult Wheel Throwing is a six-week, hands-on workshop in Winter Park that takes students past the basics of centering and pulling into refined forms, surface decoration, and advanced glazing — all inside a supportive studio environment.

Over six weekly sessions you’ll move beyond fundamentals into advanced centering and pulling, trimming, larger and more complex shapes, decorative surface work, clay transfers, texture application, and glazing approaches to improve consistency and craftsmanship.
All materials and kiln access provided
The studio supplies all tools, clay, materials and kiln firing so you can focus on technique and experimentation without extra material costs; additional clay is available if you choose to make more pieces during the course.
A relaxed, social creative space
Classes run in a relaxed studio where participants can enjoy an in-studio bar and light fare available from the Van Goghblin Café while they practice, keeping the focus on craft in a convivial setting.
