Do you have EFTPOS?

Yes — EFTPOS is available onsite. Cash is also accepted.

Do you still run games in the rain?

Yes. Paintball and Slingshot/Low Impact Paintball run even if it is raining. Games are only cancelled or postponed for safety reasons and those decisions are made by Zombieland staff.

When can I use a Zombieland voucher?

Vouchers can be used on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays only, for the value shown, by the original purchaser, and are valid for one year from purchase. They are not refundable.

What should I wear to my booking?

All activities are outdoors; wear suitable clothing, closed‑in footwear is mandatory, and expect to get a bit dirty. Ponchos are offered but not mandatory.

What happens if I damage the equipment?

You are responsible for any damages to the equipment during your booking; the playing fields have security cameras to monitor use.

What if I turn up with fewer players than booked?

Unless you notify Zombieland by phone within an hour of your booking, you will be charged for the number of players originally booked.

Can I bring alcohol to Zombieland?

No. Zombieland is not a licensed premises and cannot offer alcohol services.

Do you have a BBQ on site?

Yes — a BBQ is available but must be reserved at time of booking for a $25 fee.

What should I do if I'm late?

Notify Zombieland as soon as possible. Because sessions are often fully booked they cannot usually extend your booking time if you are late.
