Private door-to-door pick-up is available from accommodations in Canmore, Harvie Heights, Banff or Lake Louise; recommended morning departures are between 8:00 and 9:00 AM but times are flexible.
Bring snacks or lunch (please do not eat inside the vehicle), a refillable water bottle (refills provided), comfortable shoes for hiking, layers for variable mountain weather, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, and—if hiking—bear spray and appropriate hiking gear.
Canoe rental is available at the lakes but is not included in the tour price and operates on a first-come, first-served basis; coffee shops and concessions are available at the lakes but may have long lines.
