For groups of 5–13, three weeks’ advance notice is preferred to secure chartered transportation; for groups of 14 or more, one month is preferred.
Daily rates include guide services, chauffeur-driver fees, transportation, fuel and insurance; meal costs, side-excursions and any overnight lodging for guide are charged separately. Spanish or French guide service carries an additional fee.
Guide expenses on side excursions and for meals are understood to be covered by the client. A suggested gratuity is $5 per person per day.
