This is a three-hour private charter.
Check in on the deck in front of Saltwater (the bar/restaurant at the Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina), located at 49 America’s Cup Ave; arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially on weekends.
Bring BYOB drinks, snacks, cups, towels, bathing suits, sunscreen, a playlist, and comfortable footwear; the operator provides ice, water, seltzer, a cooler, and Bluetooth speakers.
The boat is not ADA compliant but staff can assist boarding; swimming is allowed only at the captain’s discretion with a signed waiver, and guests should be able to sit securely while the boat is moving.

What is your cancellation policy?
14+ days: Full refund. 13 days–72 hours: 50% refund or full-value gift card. Under 72 hours: No refund. Weather cancellations: Full refund.
What should we bring?
Bring BYOB drinks, snacks, cups, towels, bathing suits, sunscreen, and a great playlist. The operator provides ice, water, seltzer, a cooler, and Bluetooth speakers. A light jacket is helpful for sunset trips.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The operator does not run in lightning, heavy wind, or heavy rain. If the captain cancels for weather, you receive a full refund. Weather calls are made the day of and up to an hour before your charter.
What if our group size changes?
The operator can adjust headcount; pricing adjusts accordingly as long as the group stays under 21 guests.
Can we swim?
Yes — only at the captain’s discretion and with a signed swim waiver. No swimming after drinking. There is a large and stable swim ladder.
Can we bring snacks and BYOB?
Absolutely. Beer, wine, seltzers, cider, and premixed cocktails are ideal. The operator provides ice and a cooler.
Do you allow bachelorettes and dancing?
Yes — celebrations are welcome. Bring your playlist and enjoy the music onboard.
Is Baywatch ADA accessible?
Baywatch is not ADA compliant, but the crew can assist with boarding and can accommodate strollers and wheelchairs when possible; contact the operator if someone in your group has mobility concerns.
Do you have a bathroom onboard?
Yes — there is a small onboard bathroom (not wheelchair accessible).
Are dogs allowed?
Yes — dogs of any size are allowed, and you may bring as many as you’d like.
