You’ll meet the Paddle Cabin crew, kit up in provided equipment and wetsuits, and start with short, clear on-land instruction. The group then walks boards a couple of metres to a private jetty and launches into coached games and paddling practice—two hours of guided, playful time on the water finished with a return to the cabin to wrap up.

Where do we meet for the session?
Meet at the Paddle Cabin unless the operator contacts you up to 24 hours prior with a change due to weather or river conditions.
How long is the session?
The Family SUP Session runs for two hours.
What age do children need to be to join?
Children must be aged 8 to 17 to book at the children’s rate; adults are 18+.
Is equipment provided?
Yes—all equipment and wetsuits are provided; if you have your own board and will use it, let the operator know in the booking form.
Do we need to arrive early?
Please arrive at the time of your session to get kitted up; if bringing your own board, arrive earlier to allow time for inflation.
Does someone need to be responsible for children during the session?
Yes—at least one parent or guardian needs to be responsible for any under‑18s in your group and be on the water with the children.
