The park centers around the 385-acre Stony Creek Lake, created by a dam on Stony Creek, which provides opportunities for fishing, non-motorized boating, and scenic views. Surrounding the lake, the park features hardwood forests, wetlands, meadows, and a network of trails totaling over 14 miles, suitable for hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian riding.
