Thompson Memorial Park is a large urban park and natural reserve located primarily in Thurston County, near Olympia, Washington. The park covers over 650 acres of diverse terrain including old-growth and second-growth forests, wetlands, and steep slopes that provide habitat for a wide variety of native plants and wildlife. Established to preserve natural green space and offer accessible outdoor recreation close to the city, the park features more than 10 miles of maintained hiking and mountain biking trails.
