Chewacla State Park is located in the rolling foothills of eastern Alabama, near the city of Auburn. Spanning 696 acres, the park is well-known for its serene and picturesque landscape, which includes a 26-acre lake, abundant forests, and rocky outcrops. The park is a destination for outdoor enthusiasts, featuring a variety of recreational opportunities such as hiking, mountain biking, and fishing. The park's trails wind through mixed hardwood forest and offer views of the park's centerpiece, Lake Chewacla. Several trails lead to Chewacla Falls, a popular site for park visitors.
