Sessions are intentionally short and intense: one person gets a 15-minute slot to smash a curated set of items or their own approved breakables, or two people may share certain rooms, making each round a focused, cathartic ritual.

You check in, sign a waiver, and step into a small, supervised room outfitted for destruction. After donning the provided protective apparel and confirming the allowed items, you enter the SMASH room for a tightly timed 15-minute session — weapons for bashing are provided, a Bluetooth speaker lets you cue a personal soundtrack, and staff monitor from a viewing area as you systematically reduce objects to shards.

Bring a valid photo ID and wear closed-toed solid shoes; if you plan to BYO items, bring them in a box and expect staff to inspect them for safety.
Protective Tyvek coveralls, SMASH helmets, protective gloves and eyewear are provided as part of the session.
Waivers must be signed by every participant; certain items are prohibited (tube TVs, fluorescent lights, pressurized cans, batteries and similar restricted items) and swinging at other people inside the room is not permitted.
