What the day feels like
What It Feels Like
The session is brisk and focused: after arriving and suiting up, your group has a compact, 30-minute window to rotate through a stack of breakables, guided by staff and accompanied by a playlist you can customize. The environment is deliberately playful and supportive—part team exercise, part release valve—so people leave having laughed, bonded, and let off steam together.
