THE RITUAL

Shared Release for Groups

Designed specifically for groups, Group Therapy channels collective energy into a shared, cathartic activity where participants take turns breaking items to relieve stress and build camaraderie.

THE GEAR

Safety Equipment Included

Participants are outfitted with protective coveralls, chest protectors, safety glasses, a welding shield and gloves, so the focus stays on the experience rather than on personal safety concerns.

THE SMASH LIST

A Curated Range of Breakables

Sessions include a spectrum of breakables—from small glassware and electronics to larger items like chairs and small TVs—so groups can choose the intensity and variety that fits their vibe.

What the day feels like

What It Feels Like

The session is brisk and focused: after arriving and suiting up, your group has a compact, 30-minute window to rotate through a stack of breakables, guided by staff and accompanied by a playlist you can customize. The environment is deliberately playful and supportive—part team exercise, part release valve—so people leave having laughed, bonded, and let off steam together.
