Mi Smash Therapy provides coveralls (SM–5XL), face shields, eye protection and gloves; coveralls or long sleeves and thick pants covering the ankles are required for minors and anyone not already wearing appropriate clothing.

Who can participate?

Participants must be at least 12 years old; minors (12+) require a parent or guardian present. Individuals 18 and older will be asked to show valid ID at check-in.

The package provides access to the smash room(s) for up to 25 minutes and includes 15 smashables per person.

Can we bring items to smash?

Yes—groups may bring up to ten additional clean glass items and two electronics per room free of charge (per room, not per person). All items must be clean and are subject to staff approval; a $5 disposal fee applies to each electronic.

What safety gear and clothing are required?

Mi Smash Therapy supplies coveralls, face shields, eye protection and gloves. All participants must wear closed‑toe shoes (no sandals, flip‑flops, Crocs, heels, etc.). Coveralls are available in sizes SM–5XL and are required for minors and anyone not wearing long sleeves and thick pants.

Are there any health or conduct restrictions?

Pregnant persons are not allowed in the smash room for safety reasons. Consumption of alcohol prior to participation is strictly prohibited.

How does payment and rescheduling work?

A minimum deposit is required to book with the balance due at least 48 hours before your reservation. Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time; arriving 10 minutes or more after the session begins may require rescheduling and will incur a $30 rescheduling fee.
