To receive a full refund you must cancel no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment; cancellations or reschedules made on the day of the appointment are not accepted and no-shows are not refunded. Can I bring a phone or film inside the room?
Mobile and filming devices are allowed inside the rage room at the participant’s own risk; the operator is not responsible for any damage to devices.
