Bring a valid form of identification and clothes you don’t mind moving in; participants must wear close-toed shoes. The operator supplies coveralls, chest protectors, safety glasses, a welding shield and gloves.
Bookings are for a 30-minute smash period; arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign the waiver and suit up or your session time may be reduced.
Breakables are dependent on current store inventory; packages categorize items as small, medium, large or specialty and may include electronics, glassware, furniture and TVs (sizes depend on package).

What is the cancellation policy?
To receive a full refund you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment; no cancellations or reschedules are allowed on the day of the appointment. Call during business hours at 239-878-4277 to cancel if you do not have an account.
Are walk-ins allowed and can I film inside the room?
Walk-ins are allowed only if there is an open, unbooked slot or no session in progress. Mobile/filming devices are permitted at the participant’s own risk; the operator is not responsible for any device damage.
