Twenty Minutes of Catharsis: The Show Room’s Rage Session.
The Show Room condenses the promise of controlled chaos into a compact session: a quick check-in and safety briefing, protective gear, an option to pipe in your own soundtrack, and up to 20 minutes to smash breakables in a purpose-built room. It’s a blunt, brief release engineered to be safe, memorable and — by design — not exhausting.

Short, Perfectly Timed Smash Sessions
Each booking is structured so you’re at the facility for about 45 minutes total, with up to 15–20 minutes of actual rage time — the operator’s experience-backed sweet spot for maximum fun without burnout.
Everything Organized Into a Tight Sequence
The flow is deliberate: arrive early, sign waivers, don protective gear, get a safety briefing, pick weapons, then smash. Optional music and a staff-led structure keep the session both safe and exuberant.
Arrive on Time and Get More Smash Time
Groups that are in place and put into the room on schedule receive a complimentary extra five minutes of smash time and additional breakable items as a punctuality bonus.
What the day feels like
What the Session Feels Like
You’ll step through a concise routine: check in, suit up in mandated protective clothing, and run through a short safety briefing before being ushered into the room. With a playlist cued from your phone and chosen tools in hand, the allotted 15–20 minutes of smashing is deliberately intense, then it’s over — adrenaline, relief and a story to tell.
