THE FORMAT

Three-Person Session, 35 Breakables, 1 Electronic

The Wreck It Room is built for small groups: sessions accommodate you and up to two friends and include 35 breakable items and a basic electronic device to smash—an intentionally compact, high-impact setup for a single, timed burst of activity.

THE KIT

Full Protective Gear on Hand

Protective equipment is provided so participants can focus on the experience: coveralls, chest protectors, safety glasses, a welding shield and gloves are part of the kit so you can smash with some measure of safety.

THE PURPOSE

A Safe Space to Blow Off Steam

Beyond the spectacle, the Wreck It Room is framed as a constructive outlet—stress relief, bonding with friends, and a place to vent frustration in a supervised setting.

What the day feels like

What the Session Feels Like

The session is short and intense: you arrive, suit up in provided protective gear, choose a playlist if you like, then spend the allotted session time smashing the selected mix of breakables and the included electronic device. It’s built to be immediate—loud, physical, and cathartic—one contained burst rather than a prolonged outing.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Bring a valid form of identification and a great attitude.

What do the different classes of breakables include?

Small items include assorted glasses/cups, small plates/electronics and VHS tapes; medium items include larger dishware, vases, bottles and stereo equipment; large items include computers, printers, wooden chairs and TVs 32" and smaller; specialty items include TVs larger than 32" and tables. All items depend on current store inventory.

When should we arrive?

Participants must arrive at Anger Management Rage Room at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled session to sign waivers and get suited up. The listed package time is the time you have inside the room, so arriving late will shorten your session.
