No deposit is required; reservations are paid in full at booking. The operator allows rescheduling up to two years and has a tiered cancellation policy (full refund if cancelled 7+ days prior; 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days prior; no refund within 48 hours).
Beach parking on the island is permitted and an annual beach parking permit (about $12) can be purchased at listed local retailers; the operator will text photos and a GPS pin of your setup on the morning of your reservation.

What beaches do you serve?
They serve the Gulf beaches of Corpus Christi, including North Padre Island (Whitecap Beach and locations from Bob Hall Pier to South Packery Channel Beach) and Mustang Island (from Beach Mile Marker 63 to North Packery Channel Beach Mile Marker 207); you can request setup in front of a resort or Airbnb at checkout or by contacting the operator.
Are there beaches you don’t serve?
Yes—service is not provided to Port Aransas gulf beaches nor to downtown Corpus Christi’s bay beaches.
How will I find my gear on the day?
On the morning of your reservation the operator will text pictures of your setup along with a GPS pin; if you selected a specific resort the setup will be in front of that resort.
What’s included in the price?
The price includes a full-day rental from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the items or package you reserve, and the set-up and tear-down of the equipment; canopy rentals include complimentary litter bags that the operator will discard at the end of the day.
Is there a deposit required?
No deposit is required; you pay in full at the time of booking.
Can I rent for multiple days or for an event?
Yes—rentals are available for 1–5 days and the operator accommodates groups and events; multi-day rentals receive a 10% discount beginning on day two. For larger events, check with the City of Corpus Christi Parks and Recreation to see if a park permit is required.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior receive a full refund; cancellations 2–6 days prior receive 50%; no refund is given within 48 hours. The operator may reschedule your reservation up to two years or issue a full refund if they determine weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent a safe beach day.
What if I damage or lose rental items?
You are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damaged or lost rental items.
