How old do I have to be to rent a boat?
You must be 24 years of age to rent a boat.
Can I bring my pet on the water carpet or boat?
No — pets are not allowed on this boat. Pets are only allowed on Pontoon #1 (Value), certain deluxe fishing boats, and Jon boats.
Where do passengers board the boat?
All passengers must board at the Marina; the renter is not allowed to pick up anyone at any other location.
Can I use a grill on the boat?
Absolutely no grills are allowed on any boat.
What payment and deposit procedures should I expect?
All reservations must be secured by a credit card. At arrival a $300 credit card hold will be placed on the card on file and will be removed minus gas usage when the boat is returned in good condition.
What happens if weather is dangerous on the day of my reservation?
For dangerous weather conditions on the morning of your arrival you can reschedule to another date in the current season; the reservation will not carry over to the following year. If it is just raining there will be no transfer of the reservation date.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel 14 days or more from the reservation date you will receive a full refund minus a $15 administrative fee. If you cancel 13 days or less from the reservation date, funds will be forfeited; no-shows forfeit funds.
