Settle into the warm coastal waters off Aguadilla for a compact, carefully guided introduction to scuba. The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Adventure trades the bureaucracy of a full certification course for hands-on coaching: basic skills in shallow water followed by an escorted open-water dive on a nearby shallow reef.

Outing Highlights

THE ROUTE

Shallow-water skills, then a reef dive

The program combines confined shallow-sea skill practice with an open-water dive on a shallow ocean reef, giving new divers immediate, supervised experience in a real marine environment.

THE INSTRUCTION

PADI professionals and small group ratios

All instruction is delivered by PADI professional instructors following PADI standards; the operator keeps groups small, with a maximum of four participants per instructor and no minimum required to run the program.

THE ACCESS

Designed for beginners and young divers (10+)

No prior experience is necessary — the experience is explicitly aimed at people who want to try scuba without completing the full certification, and the minimum participant age is 10 years.

What the day feels like

What the experience feels like

You’ll start with a short shore-side or shallow-water session to learn and practise core skills — mask clearing, regulator recovery and sharing air — under direct instructor supervision. Once comfortable, the group makes a supervised open-water dive on a nearby shallow reef, reaching depths up to 40 feet (12 metres), then returns for a brief debrief.
