Expect a compact, purposeful session: a mix of dry explanation and sustained live-fire repetitions across 3–10 yards using Viking Tactics targets. Drills ramp in intensity, culminating in stress-inoculation tests that simulate time pressure and task load while instructors coach technique and timing.
