Frequently asked questions
Planning Your Outing
Can I just show up without a booking?
Yes! Unbooked seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis if not all seats are booked online. Arrive early for the best chance of securing a spot.
Do I need a high skill level to ride these trails?
The drop-off points provide access to a range of trails from intermediate to advanced. Beginners should have at least basic confidence on a bike and can choose less technical routes.
Can I bring my child on the shuttle?
Yes, as long as they can ride a bike safely and have your permission if under 18. We would suggest that children under 12 ride with adult supervision unless specifically exempted due to experience.
What if the weather is bad?
If the shuttle must be canceled for safety due to weather, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.
Can I rent a bike from you?
Yes, bike rentals are available separately. Contact the operator in advance to ensure availability.
