Frequently asked questions

Planning Your Outing

Can I pick the time I want to return from Universal?

Yes. You can select any return time up to park closing; if you do not provide one, the default return time of 7:00 p.m. will be applied.

Can I change my selected return time?

Yes. You may change your return time up to 48 hours prior to the pick-up date.

What happens if I do not select a return time?

If no return time is provided at booking, the default return time of 7:00 p.m. will be applied.

Are there refunds if my tickets have already been processed and emailed?

No. Once tickets have been processed and sent to the email on the reservation they are live, hold a cash value, and are not refundable.
