All athletes attend under the oversight of coaches who meet or exceed Canada Snowboard / Freestyle Canada Air Training standards, providing structured progressions and safety protocols.

What the day feels like

What a day on the launch pad feels like

The buyout is an alternating rhythm of trampoline drills and airbag runs: athletes cycle between focused trampoline time to refine rotation and landings, then move to the airbag to practice those movements at speed and height under coach supervision.
