All proceeds from this year’s event are donated to the Momentum Action Sports Fund to support the design and construction of a skate park in Killington, VT.
Shop teams and open heats
The action begins Friday with a Shop Team invite-only banked slalom; Saturday opens to all snowboarders with individual timed runs and the returning Switch Run for extra bragging rights.
A focused race environment
Because of the course location there is no spectator area on the course, concentrating the event on competitors and course operations.

The event duration is 8 hours.
Meet at the Bear Mountain Lodge (check-in on the 3rd floor).
Bring a properly fastened snow sports helmet and complete the Express Assumption of Risk waiver before arrival to save time at check-in.
Check-in runs 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.; no registration or check-ins accepted after 9:30 a.m.

When and where is check-in?
Check-in is held from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on the 3rd floor of the Bear Mountain Lodge; all athletes must check in prior to 9:30 a.m. to receive a bib and compete.
Can I register after 9:30 a.m.?
No — there will be no registration or check-ins taken after 9:30 a.m.
Who can compete in the event?
This competition is for snowboarders only; Friday features an invite-only Shop Team event and Saturday is open to all snowboarders for individual timed runs.
Do I need to fill out a waiver?
Yes — competitors should fill out the Express Assumption of Risk form before arrival; participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the form for them.
Is there a spectator area on the course?
No — due to the course location there will be no spectator area on the course.
Is a helmet required?
Yes — each participant must wear a properly fastened snow sports helmet during all event practice, inspection and competition.
How does Friday team scoring work?
On Friday four team members each take two runs; the top three individual times are combined for the team’s best time, and one missed gate results in a disqualified run.
