THE PERK

Lift Tickets and Lunch for Every Shift

For each shift worked volunteers receive a Killington lift ticket and a provided lunch; earned lift tickets are valid for one year from the date received, making a short volunteer commitment immediately pay off with ski days to come.

THE ROLE

Registration: The Front Line of the Event

Registration volunteers greet competitors, check them in, confirm waivers and registration forms are complete, and distribute competition bibs and shirts while providing event information to participants.

THE SETTING

Runner Duties in the Lil' Stash Terrain Park

Runners work outdoors on-hill and in the terrain park—setting up, taking down and transporting fencing, tents, race gates, signage and wind flags—so dress for the elements and be prepared to carry equipment while on skis or snowboard.

What the day feels like

What a shift feels like

Shifts are focused and hands-on: you either staff the registration table—meeting competitors, handling waivers and handing out bibs—or you move through the Lil' Stash terrain park setting up and tearing down course elements. Each shift runs roughly two hours; in return you get a meal and a Killington lift ticket, and you walk away having supported a high-energy community event on Pico.
