Planning Your Outing

How long is the tour?

The private tour runs approximately three hours in total, including gear fitting, a safety briefing, and roughly an hour of in-water snorkeling.

What gear is provided?

The operator provides all snorkeling gear: mask, snorkel, fins and a flotation device, plus a briefing before entering the water.

Where do we meet?

Guests meet at the Rincon Diving & Snorkeling dive center at Road 115, Km 12.0, where check-in and gear fitting occur before a short transfer to the entry point.

Is transportation to the snorkeling site included?

Transportation to the snorkeling site is not included; guests should plan their own arrival to the dive center for the scheduled check-in time.

What is the cancellation policy?

For a full refund provide at least 24 hours’ notice; cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are not eligible for a refund, and no-shows are not refunded. All cancellations must be made by calling the dive center directly at 787-506-3483.

What if weather affects the tour?

The operator may cancel or reroute tours up to the last minute for safety or weather; they will attempt to reschedule, agree on an alternate accessible destination, or issue a full refund if necessary.
