Outing Highlights

THE MACHINES

Brand‑new 850cc mountain sleds

Choose between lightweight Polaris RMK/KHAOS models (available in 165 and 155 track lengths) or the agile Ski‑Doo Expert 850—each built to tackle mountain snow and engineered for responsive, technical riding.

THE FORMAT

A week of uninterrupted riding

Weekly sled rental means one handover at the start and no daily drop‑offs; riders keep an 850cc machine for the full seven days to explore at their own pace.

THE PERFORMANCE

Designed for mountain riding

These sleds are purpose‑built for steep terrain—Polaris models emphasize low weight for easier handling, while the Ski‑Doo Expert pairs a REV Gen5 platform with the Rotax 850 E‑TEC for nimble, powerful performance.

What the day feels like

What a week on an 850 feels like

A weekly rental from Golden is about sustained access to capable machines: collect your sled, confirm the agreement terms and limits, and ride as you see fit across local mountain terrain for seven days. The setup favors self‑directed exploration on high‑performance 850cc platforms so riders can concentrate on lines, snow conditions and machine control rather than logistics.

Suitability

Who it's for

Who this weekly rental suits—and who should think twice.

1
Experienced Mountain RidersA strong match: the 850cc Polaris and Ski‑Doo Expert platforms reward technical riding and give experienced riders the performance and control they want over a week of riding.
2
Riders New to Mountain SledsPossible, but confirm ability: machines are powerful and intended for mountain use; ensure you meet the licensing and age requirements and that you’re comfortable with technical terrain before committing to a week.
3
Groups Seeking ConvenienceWell suited: the weekly format removes daily drop‑offs, making it practical for groups that want a single handover and the freedom to ride different areas over several days.
4
Under‑Age or Unlicensed RidersNot suitable: the vehicle may not be operated by anyone under 19, anyone not named in the agreement, or anyone without a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
