The session includes tour and tuition by an experienced paddlesport instructor and hire of a SUP, paddle, leash and buoyancy aid. Wetsuit hire and shoes are not included.

What to bring

Bring closed-toe footwear you don't mind getting wet (old trainers or crocs—no flip flops or sliders), a spare change of clothes, and a large towel or changing robe for after the session.
