What should we wear?
Wear a secure bathing suit or board shorts and a Rash Guard/Lycra shirt to help protect you from excess sun and skin irritation.
What should I bring?
Just the basics like a towel and water bottle. Sunscreen should be applied BEFORE you leave your house so it will dry.
