What the day feels like

What a session feels like

Sessions are coached, focused and upbeat: short check-in, a land warm-up that primes movement, a safety briefing, then an hour of guided in‑water coaching where instructors break skills down and give immediate feedback—wrapped up with a short debrief so you leave with clear, measurable progress.

Frequently asked questions

Planning Your Outing

I’ve never surfed before. Is this for me?

Yes. The program welcomes total beginners and creates a safe, fun space to start your surf journey.

Can I join part‑way through a program?

Ideally not, but the operator can help with missed lessons using a make‑up lesson where possible.

Do I need my own surfboard or wetsuit?

No — all gear is provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is the priority: if conditions aren’t surfable sessions will be rescheduled or converted to a land‑based surf theory and movement session; the program generally runs rain or shine.

Is this suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes; surfing is adaptable and instruction is paced to participants, though a basic level of swimming confidence is needed.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes — you can book together or join the same group if spots are available.
