What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations 7 or more days prior receive a full refund less any booking fees or taxes. Cancellations 3–6 days prior receive a 50% refund less fees. Cancellations less than 3 days prior or no-shows receive no refund.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Rescheduling is permitted but is first come, first served and based on availability. There is a $50 per-reservation rescheduling fee for parties of eight or fewer; rescheduled bookings are not eligible for a second reschedule.
What happens if the operator cancels due to weather?
If Snowhook Adventure Guides of Alaska cancels the tour due to weather or other force majeure, the reserving party will receive a complete refund.
