The excursion runs approximately three hours. Arrive at the Springdale Depot (305 E Emma Ave) at least 30 minutes before departure to pick up will-call tickets; boarding begins about 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Bring your confirmation and pick up physical tickets at Will Call—email confirmation itself is not a substitute. Expect a Valentine-themed atmosphere; meal options are available onboard.
Free parking is available adjacent to the Springdale depot. The historic cars mean limited accessibility: Springdale has a boarding ramp, Van Buren has a 500 lb-capacity wheelchair lift with advance notice, and restrooms on the train are small and not wheelchair accessible (accessible restrooms are available at depots). Book Premium Car #107 for wheelchair or small electric scooter assistance and indicate ADA needs when reserving.
Purchase tickets in advance is highly recommended. Tickets are held at Will Call for pickup the day of the ride. Tickets are non-refundable unless canceled at least 48 hours before departure; exchanges are allowed (first exchange free, subsequent exchanges charged $1). Group rates apply for parties of 15 or more.
