If you have a voucher without an expiration date, call guest services to arrange use and bring the certificate when collecting boarding passes.
Board at Osceola Depot, 114 Depot Rd, Osceola, WI; there is ample parking adjacent to the depot. Restrooms are located on the train (including in concession car 265) and at the Osceola Depot. The number and location of onboard restrooms varies by consist.
Passenger equipment predates ADA. A lift provides access to specific doors but many cars—including Wine Train cars—are not wheelchair accessible. The only accessible restroom on the train is in concession car 265.

Is the train handicap accessible?
Passenger equipment on the Osceola & St. Croix Valley Railway was all built before any ADA legislation. We have a lift which accesses specific doors and once boarded, passengers who are able can move between cars. The doorways between cars are narrow and the passageways are uneven. Passengers in wheelchairs or scooters may be unable to move from the car onto which they are boarded. Wine Train cars are not wheelchair accessible.
Are there restrooms on the train?
There are restrooms on the train in the concession car 265 and at least one other car. How many there are on the train will depend on what cars are used on any given day.
Are the restrooms accessible?
The only bathroom on the train that is accessible is in the concession car 265. Restrooms at the Osceola Depot are also accessible.
Where do I park in Osceola?
There is plenty of parking next to and below the Depot in Osceola.
How long is the train ride?
The Osceola, WI to Marine on St Croix, MN round trip is about 20 miles long round‑trip, and about 90 minutes long.
Can I get off the train in Marine to go shopping?
No. There is no place to get off at Marine on St Croix. The village of Marine is down a very steep hill and about half a mile from where the train stops.
I have a voucher leftover from last year, can I still use it?
Yes, if there is no expiration date on it. You will have to call our guest service manager at 651-500-1822 and she can set that up for you. Please bring the voucher or gift certificate with you, when you pick up your boarding passes.
Do you sell alcohol on the train?
