Standard capacity is a maximum of four persons per eTukTuk; families with children (up to 14 years) can be accommodated up to five people.
Are child seats provided?
Yes—child seats and booster cushions are provided free of charge and should be requested at booking.
What if I need a ride outside Stadtkreis 1–12?
Operations outside the Stadtkreise 1–12 are available but the operator charges for the outbound and return travel from their Langstrasse location and will include these in the timing and cost calculation.
Are there extra charges for trips longer than 60 minutes?
Yes—rides that exceed 60 minutes are charged CHF 79.00 for each additional commenced hour.
Where does the trip start and end?
Start and end points are your choice—pick any location for pickup and drop‑off within the covered area.
