What the day feels like
What a week in the water feels like
Each morning or afternoon session is a focused 90‑minute block where instructors move a small cohort through warm‑ups and safety briefings into dedicated in‑water practice; repeated exposure across five straight days allows kids to consolidate stance, timing and board control while progressing to more challenging techniques as confidence grows.
