Camp Highlights
Camp Starfish — Foundations and Fun
The beginner strand, Camp Starfish, teaches safe entry and exit, face immersion, floating and kicking. Instructors use games and structured class routines to build the essential foundations before children progress to the next level.
Camp Dory — Confidence and Underwater Skills
Camp Dory focuses on growing confidence: safe entry and exit, underwater breathing and bubble control, retrieving lightweight objects with eyes open, partner awareness, and 2‑meter aided swims—skills that prepare children to move toward advanced work.
Camp Shark — Strokes, Sculling and Independence
Camp Shark introduces front and back crawl, sculling while standing and shallow-water confidence exercises (walking, floating, sinking) and tasks such as swimming 2 meters prone without aid and floating supine with assistance, alongside personal safety and hygiene instruction.
