Members Meetup — A Hoboken Skyline Workout on SUPs and Kayaks.
Resilience Paddle Sports’ Members Meetup is a guided paddling session that lets advanced‑beginner and intermediate stand‑up paddlers and kayakers practice technique, meet other paddlers and get a core‑body workout. A trained guide leads group travel plans that account for skill level, tides, currents and weather; the program follows American Canoe Association curriculum and industry standards and uses a “challenge by choice” model. Sessions take place in protected embayments on the Hoboken side of the Hudson and out on the active water of the river, with Manhattan’s skyline for a backdrop.

A Skyline Route with Iconic Landmarks
Paddlers move through stretches of the Hudson with unobstructed views of Manhattan: the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building and Lower Manhattan provide a dramatic urban backdrop to the workout.
Focused, 1–2 Hour Core and Paddle Session
These 1–2 hour meetups are designed as a paced, paddle‑focused workout where participants refine stroke technique, build endurance and enjoy a group fitness rhythm on the water.
Group Progression Under Trained Guides
Guides provide safety oversight, travel plans adjusted for conditions and skills feedback, but these sessions do not offer individualized beginner instruction; participants are expected to arrive with foundational training.
