What the day feels like

How a session feels

Expect a brisk, social tempo: small groups rotate through a selection of water and land activities chosen for that day’s group and weather. Professional instructors run focused skill blocks — balancing on boards, short kayak drills, a dose of archery and cooperative games — all within a structured three‑hour window designed to keep energy high and attention engaged.
