The full encounter lasts approximately 60–90 minutes, with up to 30 minutes of actual in‑tank time; plan to arrive and check in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start.
Bring your own swimsuit, towel and dry clothes; all mermaid equipment (tails, monofins, goggles) is provided and outside equipment is prohibited. Jewelry is not allowed in the tank.
Advanced reservations are required; required forms (waivers) must be completed before in‑water activities and late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

How long is the in‑tank time?

Can I bring my own mermaid tail or underwater camera?
No. Outside mermaid tails and personal underwater recording or electronic devices are not allowed in the tank; some devices may be permitted in the gallery viewing area and accessories are subject to staff approval.

What is the cancellation or change policy?
Program fees are nonrefundable. You may change your date without charge if done at least 14 days before your visit; changes within 14 days incur a $50 fee per booking. Cancellations and no‑shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
