Can I bring my own mermaid tail or underwater camera?

No. Outside mermaid tails and personal underwater recording or electronic devices are not allowed in the tank; some devices may be permitted in the gallery viewing area and accessories are subject to staff approval.

What is included in the price?

The fee includes the participant’s aquarium admission and the use of a Whimsy Mermaid Tail and Fantasea Fin; prices do not include sales tax or booking fees.

What is the cancellation or change policy?

Program fees are nonrefundable. You may change your date without charge if done at least 14 days before your visit; changes within 14 days incur a $50 fee per booking. Cancellations and no‑shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
